I had the pleasure of working with Aveat on a Cat-A refurbishment in Fitzrovia, just off Hanover Square. The design had its complications, including the installation of a hybrid VRF system within a raised access floor void and additional capital plant on an already heavily congested roof. Aveat’s team were proactive and attentive throughout the programme, handling all elements of the project professionally and promptly. I am looking forward to working with them again.
