The Britannia Project (Phase 2B) is the final phase of LB Hackney’s regeneration of the former Britannia Leisure Centre in North London. This involved completing 371 new mixed-tenure units within four new residential buildings of up to 25 storeys.
Aveat’s contract was for the management, supply and install of the complete mechanical scope of works, including the district heating, water and drainage infrastructure, as well as the plumbing, heating and ventilation fit out to all apartments. In addition to this, Aveat also completed commercial fit out works to communal areas such as the roof garden and reception. We also enabled the full integration of sitewide BMS controls.
