Aveat contributed to a new build housing development comprising of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom private sale homes, as well as a selection of affordable apartments and houses. Located on the outskirts of Cambridge, the site is due to run for several years in multiple phases. Once completed, in excess of 1,200 new properties will be delivered.
Aveat has been engaged by Bellway to undertake the plumbing and heating works, utilising renewable air source heat pump technology to heat these new homes. Aveat is an accredited Mitsubishi ASHP installer and F-Gas registered; our engineers are fully trained by the manufacturer to ensure installation and aftercare standard are met.
The first phase of this project, delivered in the summer of 2025, won an NHBC Pride in the Job Award. Subsequent phases are ongoing.
