Aveat completed a CAT B mechanical fit out of levels 7, 8 and 9 within the iconic One Canada Square building in the heart of Canary Wharf, London.
Aveat was awarded the mechanical design and build contract to fully fit out the empty floors from landlord’s riser positions. New 4-pipe fan coil units were installed throughout as well as tenants’ ventilation plant and distribution. The project prioritised sustainable design elements.
