A former factory site was transformed into high specification one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Fronting onto a historic Mill Pond and the River Darent, the development is located next to Dartford Railway Station and features a large village pond, a new local high street with just under 29,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space, and landscaped green spaces.
Aveat was employed by Weston Homes to undertake the plumbing and heating works to over 800 apartments spread over multiple phases. The scope of works included individual combi boiler systems to every apartment, as well as the associated plumbing, drainage, booster water and gas infrastructure works.
The project was very successful for both parties and helped build the foundations of what has since been a long-standing relationship with Weston Homes.
