Aveat supported a new housing development comprising of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Wood Green.
Aveat was contracted to design, supply and install the plumbing, heating and heat recovery ventilation to all 83 apartments. Aveat also designed and installed the ‘temporary’ boiler plant, controls and metering systems to supply the site. The long-term plan is to connect the heating mains to the local authority district heating network in the future when available.
Weston Homes has been a longstanding client of ours for many years. This project is the latest to be successfully completed over the course of a decade-long partnership.
