Aveat helped to transform a commercial office space located in the heart of London’s West End. We undertook a CAT A fit out of levels 2 and 3, as well as an upgrade to communal areas throughout the building.
Aveat were awarded the mechanical design and build contract, which included the installation of new hybrid VRF air conditioning to levels 2 and 3, as well as associated ventilation modifications. The communal landlord areas were also refurbished, including upgraded toilet facilities, new reception and an upgrade of the heating facilities from gas to ASHP.
