In-warranty works

How we help

Annual servicing

If we have supported you on a housing project, you’ll be pleased to know that we offer annual servicing agreements for your end users. These typically involve reviewing the boiler(s) and/or air source heat pump services to ensure they are performing correctly and energy wastage is kept to a minimum.

Reactive and emergency repairs

We understand how critical mechanical systems are to occupant comfort, business continuity, and building safety – particularly in residential blocks, offices, and retail environments. And we know that when issues arise, you need fast, knowledgeable support, not delays or guesswork.

Our engineers provide 24/7 responsive breakdown and emergency repair services to minimise disruption at your site and restore your services as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a heating failure, HVAC fault, or urgent plumbing issue, our team is equipped to diagnose problems efficiently and carry out effective remediations.

A seamless transition from installation to aftercare

Whenever and however you need us, you can rest assured that our aftercare team will be well-versed in the original installation, familiar with your building and aware of any project constraints, which enables faster diagnoses, more effective maintenance, and better outcomes all round.
